Godfrey Advertising purchased by senior management team

Godfrey Advertising Inc has been acquired by a senior management team from president Dennis F. Cox and senior vice president C. David Kramer. Cox will become company chairman. The new owners intend to continue to run the agency as a private, independent firm targeting national and international business-to-business marketers. The agency's service portfolio includes strategic marketing and corporate communications consulting and planning; cooperative marketing programs; and public relations and publicity programs.

Her goals for the firm include the expansion of integrated services provided to clients and the extension of its direct-to-consumer business.

Multi-pronged adv. schedule to bring record buyers to Phila. adv. show, Nov. 4

Article Abstract:

Organizers of the Philadelphia Advertising and Business Show scheduled for Nov 4, 1999 expect a heavy turnout at the event. The one-day show, which will be held at the Doubletree Hotel, will allow various media to interact and do business with media buyers. Organizers have launched an advertising campaign, placing ads in more than 25 general circulation publications.
