Five categories for learning management

Article Abstract:

There are various methods by which engineers may learn or hone management skills. They may engage in pre-management training programs, which may be availed of through brief classroom sessions, correspondence courses or self-training methods. Advisors with expertise in management or special fields may also be hired to share their knowledge about dealing with special situations. Beginning managers should also use the products they create or perform some of the company's services to determine the areas needing improvement or those performing well. Finally, they should try to maintain a consistent management style and upgrade their skills continously.
