Anasazi in the backyard: controversy dogs America's first archaeological subdivision

Article Abstract:

Indian Camp Ranch, which is known as 'America's First Archaeological Subdivision' by real-estate developer Archie Hanson is explored and he dreams to gather a collection of homeowners dedicated to preserving and exploring the archaeology of the region. The Indian Camp Ranch is a model for how archaeology and preservation can meet the interests of private landowners.

A parchment with moral fiber

Article Abstract:

A nearly whole and legible sheet of parchment that contains a priest's homily was discovered along with hundreds of parchment thought to belong to an ancient library of a Nubian church. Parchments that are in good conditions are extremely rare to find.
