Archaeology in Sardinia
Article Abstract:
There are very few accounts written in English about archaeology in Sardinia, Italy primarily because the most significant discoveries have been made so recently and publications devoted to the archaeology of the island are often written in Italian and unavailable for private purchase. Various archaelogical sites on Sardinia's four provinces contain valuable artifacts which shows the progress of ancient civilization on the island. These works are well documented by the various institutions and intellectuals dedicated to archaeology.
