Folklorism revisited
Article Abstract:
Folklorism needs to be redefined as how folklore operates within a national, ethnic or regional culture. The creator and re-creator of folklore must remain central to this view, although the new forms of communication that have recently appeared must be accounted for by this definition, as well as the millions now belonging to the traditional community.
