Gordion
Article Abstract:
Rodney S Young's 24 years of excavations at Gordion, Turkey, are described, including a tumulus which was probably the tomb of King Midas. Midas represented the defining stage of Phrygian culture and a restudy of the tomb's chronology has strengthened the case for Young's original identification.=
