Animals in Egyptian art
Article Abstract:
Art objects exhibited in museums show how the animal paintings and engravings in ancient Egypt changed with time. The ever changing environment affected the animal population and finally led to the extinction of certain species. This change is depicted in art and is more marked in Egyptian art than in the art of any other part of the African continent.
