Marblehead, MA, is a charming city that is home to an eclectic mix of structures, including lavish Georgian homes built by rich merchant families in the 18th century. It was a major fishing center until 1846, when its fleet was lost in a storm and industrialization spread through the area.

Autumn comes to Schoharie County, New York

Schoharie County, NY, is a relatively unknown area but it is home to some of the oldest buildings in the country. It was inhabited by the Schoharie tribe in the 1600s. Among its first immigrant settlers were the German Palatine refugees and the Dutch.
