How we read: why good typography is important

A good typography helps to read more quickly and easily, with typographic adjustments and non-typographic factors such as familiarity, interest, redundancy and meaningful grouping affecting the reading. The controlling of the parameters such as word spacing, line spacing, size and shape of the letter allow for quicker reading and better comprehension.

New choices in numerals
Article Abstract:
The different styles of numericals are discussed such as Arabic, Roman numbering system and Conventional numerals. Another style called as old-style, also referred to as lowercase or non-lining figures, that was in use centuries ago is believed to reappear with quality font design.
