Advertising in newspapers, which was followed as unwritten rules has broken free and is seen on all pages; even those that were once considered sacred like the editorial page or the opinion pages. Many believe that the rules changed with the advent of the Internet but others see it as a positive change with some adding that use of different formats in advertising has a broader impact on the reader.
