A 28-day weight-loss plan is presented. The diet features tasty foods, many of which are unusual for a weight-loss plan, such as a cheeseburger and fries. Many substitutions are permitted in each of the five food groups: fruits, vegetables, breads and starches, meats and meat substitutes, and diary.
