Dede Curran's three sisters sent their own hair to a wigmaker so that she would not have to show a bald head after her cancer therapy. They had all had unpleasant experiences with barbers cutting their crinkly red hair. But they went through with it, only to receive a $1,000 bad-looking wig.

Sisters Jennifer, Marianne and Karralee revealed their pregnancies to one another on the same day. Months later, all three gave birth within 14 hours of each other. All labor was natural and did not overlap, and the babies were born in reverse order of their due dates.
