Cunningham + Cage
Article Abstract:
Choreographer and dance Merce Cunningham has created and performed several pieces based on the music of John Cage. Cunningham feels Cage moved him to express himself in modern dance, regarding this as the most appropriate medium for Cage's music. Cage's music used by Cunningham was composed between 1944 and 1970, with Cunningham using other modern music afterwards.

Elena Kunikova and Les Ballets Trockadero
Article Abstract:
Dancer Elena Kunikova feels one key to any style of classical dance is coordinating all body parts to produce harmonious movement. Kunikova's work with Les Ballets Trockadero de Monte Carlo began in 1996 and has included dancing with an all-male ensemble and an emphasis on comedy that makes a satiric point rather than focusing simply on ridicule.
