There have been innumerable reports about what is wrong with NASA, the world's premier space agency and suggestions on how the agency can be brought back onto the right track but the agency has survived despite detractors predicting imminent closure. Observers say that while the agency may definitely be floundering due to various reasons, it has the inherent strength to deliver when required but decision makers need to show vision while drafting policies so that the agency sustains itself in the long run.
