Ultrasonic deer whistles do not prevent deer from being struck by passing automobiles, as evidenced by a dead deer that was paved into a highway by the Pennsylvania Dept of Transportation. Other anecdotes include racing driver Rael, who claims to have been visited by extraterrestrials.
