Hyundai's tastefully styled, brand-new Tucson built on a strengthened and stretched Elantra platform provides a lot of interior space with low price, and new found quality is previewed at the Korean island of Cheju in 2004. It has the optional Borg-Warner Electronic Interactive Torque management all-wheel-drive system, and offers a solid structure with reasonably quiet driving experience.
