Seeing the light
Article Abstract:
High-intensity-discharge (HID) headlights are contrasted with conventional incandescent bulbs, even with the latter operated in a halogen atmosphere and an arc of a heated filament generates their illumination. HID headlights offer increasing contrasts in night driving, of making reflective paint on road signs and lane markers into view.
