Article Abstract:
The F1 cars are downright painful to unprotected ears, and the snowy rallies are hazardous for spectators and the open sunroof's beat dickens out of the eardrums. Sound is a wave phenomenon generated by a vibrating object and sent through a medium from one location to another, and lot of sound involves air as the medium and ears as the receptor and hence automakers have to improve the cars for Gen-Y crowd.

John Giljam speaks on his creation, Terra Wind, a vehicle that combines all the comforts of a luxury recreational vehicle with the seaworthiness of a yacht and can be piloted over both land and water. Although the Terra Wind was designed for protected waters like rivers and lakes, the craft can handle waves about four feet high and winds up to 40 mph with the pontoons.
