Article Abstract:
Roger Penske, head of the $6 billion Penske Corp, has racing teams that regularly compete. The teams have not been winning lately, and the reasons for that vary depend on who is asked. Some say it is politics, some say it is the drivers, and some say the cars. In any case, the reputation of Penske's racing cars is at stake, and the team will have to qualify for the Indy 500 this year in order to salvage it.
