Trancriptional activation via sequential histone H2B ubiquitylation and deubiquitylation, mediated by SAGA-associated Ubp8
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on histone H2B. The authors present the evidence for histone's ubiquitylation and deubiquitylation during gene activation, and identify H2B deubiquitylating enzyme in the Spt-Ada-Gcn5-Acetyltransferase complex.

The RAG 1 N-terminal domain is an E3 ubiquitin ligase
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on N-terminal domain of RAG 1. Results demonstrate that this domain has a specific enzymatic role which is different from the rest of the protein.
