Identification of the sex of a wide range of Carinatae birds by PCR using primer sets selected from chicken EE0.6 and its related sequences
Article Abstract:
Research describing the identification of the sex of birds belonging to the Carinatae group is presented. In particular polymerase chain reaction procedures are used to investigate W and Z chromosomes.
