Aerobic denitrifying bacteria that produce low levels of nitrous oxide

Article Abstract:

Research has been conducted on aerobic denitrifiers producing low levels of nitrous oxide under aerobic conditions. The authors describe the isolation and characterization of these denitrifiers, and report that these strains produce less nitrous oxide under aerobic conditions.

Nitric oxide reductase (norB) genes from pure cultures and environmental samples

Article Abstract:

Research has been conducted on nitric oxide reductase genes. The authors discuss the development of norB-specific primer sets used for detection of these genes, and the genetic diversity of nitric oxide reductase genes both in environmental samples and in pure culture.

Behavior of psychrotrophic lactic acid bacteria isolated from spoiling cooked meat products

Article Abstract:

Research has been conducted on lactic acid bacteria. The authors report that these bacteria have been isolated from cooked meat products, and that they have grown well in MRS broth at 10 degrees C.
