Production of mutants in amino acid biosynthesis genes of Mycobacterium tuberculosis by homologous recombination
Article Abstract:
Results demonstrate that homologous recombination technique generates defined mutants of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The data show homologous recombination in 11 genes and double-crossover in 4 genes, all involved in the amino acid biosynthesis.

Proteome analysis of extracellular proteins regulated by the las and rhl quorum sensing systems in Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAO1
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on las and rhl quorum sensing system in Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The authors suggest that it is importane to study the role of quorum sensing system and to identify quorum-sensing system-regulated genes.
