Culturing hepatitis C
Article Abstract:
An unusual strain of hepatitis C virus (HCV) strain (JFH-1) is found to be very infectious, thereby raising the possibility of developing a robust cell culture system. The developments in the HCV cell culture system might reveal a great deal about why some HCV strains remain uncultured.
