Ecological correlates of body size in relation to cell size and cell number: patterns in flies, fish, fruits and foliage
Article Abstract:
The availability of food resources, temperature and light are some of the factors that influence the biological parameters like, cell size, cell number and sexual dimorphism in fruit fly- Drosophila, many fish, and fruits and leaves of some angiosperms. This leads to evolutionary selection of organisms through different temperature conditions.

Effect size, confidence interval and statistical significance: a practical guide for biologists
Article Abstract:
An article explaining why the presentation of unstandardized and standardized effect sizes and their associated confidence intervals are preferable is presented. It serves as a beginner's manual for biologists and a stimulus for changing statistical practice for the better in the biological sciences.

Are ecological and evolutionary theories scientific?
Article Abstract:
It is argued that theoretical biology is not scientific due to a lack of universal laws and predictive theory.
