Actin dynamics control SRF activity by regulation of its coactivator MAL
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on MAL, a G-actin-associated serum response factor coactivator. The authors demonstrate that MAL is redistributed from the cytoplasm to the nucleus responding to Rho-induced actin polymerization.
