RAS Gene Hot-Spot Mutations in Canine Neoplasias
Article Abstract:
Screening was performed on 11 canine melanomas and 13 fibrosarcomas to determine point mutations in canine neoplasias. Findings regarding the role of RAS genes are compared to current data from other tumor studies.

Article Abstract:
Findings suggest a role of the 5' flanking region of the SOX9 gene in female-to-male canine sex reversal. Data are drawn from research on a miniature pinscher and two American Staffordshire terriers.
