Expeditor: A pipeline for designing primers using human gene structure and livestock animal EST information
Article Abstract:
A software developed called Expeditor, which can be used to combine human gene structure information and animal coding sequence information for primer design is presented. The unique feature of Expeditor is that it takes inputs directly from known human genes/sequences, takes into account the intron sizes in assessing amplicon sizes and permits consensus sequences from multiple animal species to be used as part of the template.

GENSTAT programs for performing Muir's alternative partitioning of genotype-by-environment interaction
Article Abstract:
Two programs for routine implementation of the two methods described by Muir for partitioning the genotype-by-environment (GE) interactions for use with the GENSTAT statistical software package are described. The output file provides descriptive statistics of the GE matrix.
