From kinase to cancer
Article Abstract:
The discovery and importance of the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K) signaling pathway in the treatment of cancer are discussed. The findings reveal that the PI3K can be easily used in drugs to treat cancer, as it helps in regulating cell growth and transformation.
