The article discusses the various genes and the environmental factors that are found to be associated with the on-set of schizophrenia. It is shown that the treatments available for the disease can be modified according to the receptors to avoid future infections in women during pregnancy.

There is an increasing use of war metaphors by scientists in describing their research and experiments. Experts believe that scientists who frame problems in a militaristic manner are more likely to have drastically limited perception of the problem and how to tackle it.
