Asymptotic variances of QTL estimators with selective DNA pooling
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on QTL-marker linkage. The authors have proposed the estimators for QTL effect and position which make use of the information from flanking markers, and have discussed formulas derived for the estimators' asymptotic variance via the use of the delta method.

Analysis of genetic variation in 28 dog breed populations with 100 microsatellite markers
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on dog breed populations. The authors describe the study of these population carried out via assessing genotypic variation in dog breeds by means of autosomal microsatellite markers distributed across canine genome.
