Expression and purification of four different rhizobial acyl carrier proteins
Article Abstract:
Results demonstrate that rhizobial acyl carrier proteins can be produced in Escherichia coli using a polymerase expression system. Data also indicate that the purified enzymes help understand fatty acid synthesis in this bacterium.

Transcriptional regulation of 3,4-dihydroxy-2-butanone 4-phosphate synthase
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on the 3,4-dihydroxy-2-butanone 4-phosphate synthase. The regulation of this synthase encoded by RIB3 in Ashbya gossypii has been investigated and the results are reported.
