Vision in the deep sea
Article Abstract:
The ocean is the largest habitat on the earth with three great faunal environments like the twilight mesopelagic zone, the dark bathypelagic zone and the vast flat expanses for the benthic habitat. The vision plays an important role in the struggle to find food and mates in the deep sea and also influences the changing nature of visual scenes with depth and natural histories of individual species.
