The solution to manage difficult employees who cost far more than their salary is discussed. Carolyn Barker, the national director of the Australian Institute of Management (AIM), believes indirect costs of bad workers are often overlooked, which are damaging the business. According to Human Resource management experts the key to transforming difficult employees is to treat their behavior as a performance issue and not a personal issue.
