Antecedents and Consequences of Unlearning in New Product Development Teams
Article Abstract:
Research on 319 new product development teams shows that unlearning is affected by team anxiety and crisis, and by environmental turbulence. Implementing new information or knowledge after unlearning is positively related to the success of the new product.
