Are CEOs Worth $1 Million?
Article Abstract:
Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) receive extremely high salaries because of the compensation system in the United States. The highest level job receives the highest salary. Just because a person has the job of CEO, does not make him worth one million dollars. Alternative compensation plans are examined which compensate for excellent performance. With this system CEOs earn their salary.

Sony developed a game approach to management training. The Sony Management Game simulates a business operation and how each function interrelates. Sony has begun leasing the game to companies on a two year basis. Many companies feel the $15,000 Sony is leasing the game for, is too expensive even though the game is beneficial.
