Article Abstract:
Federated Dept. Stores Inc. means business when it says it is tired of losing its rising stars to other companies. To make its point, the company is sueing Herbert Mines Associates Inc., an executive search firm that took Matthew Serra, still under a four-year contract with Stern's Dept.
