Audit rules to be tightened

Article Abstract:

Issues concerning the audit regulations implemented in Australia which could prevent auditors from performing non-audit services for their clients are discussed. Particular attention is given to details regarding regulations which the Aaustralian government might implement to regulate independent auditors.

Infomedia plans to float on Microcat profits

Article Abstract:

Richard Graham plans to float 25% of Infomedia, his technology company, in August 2000 following the success of its spare-parts catalogue on CD-Rom called Microcat. He bought the Microcat program in 1994 with three partners.
