The details relating to the dispute between Peter Pichler and SAE Institute's Tom Misner are furnished. Pichler is a former employee of SAE Institute, a network of private colleges teaching multimedia and audio engineering. In 2002, Misner filed a case accusing Pichler of stealing company's documents and also alleging arson. Pichler has been defending himself in the said case for almost three years.
