Article Abstract:

Responding to low prices and less rules, U.S. customers are flocking to Canadian pharmacy Internet sites to buy their medicines. As a result, there are drug shortages in Canada, particularly in Manitoba where the majority of pharmacies are located. Questions remain over how U.S. drug companies will respond to the demand for products within Canada.

Article Abstract:

The Labor Party and Mark Latham had gained substantial ground before the elections by raising the issue of drug companies under free trade with the United States. Higher drug prices could ensue.. It would be wise on the part of business to be ready with an alternate plan in case a there is a change in the government after the elections.

Demand for a new drug for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is predicted using the Gompertz curve. The new forecasting approach uses evidence-based values and allows forecasters to predict demand for new innovative drugs without analogs or historical data.
