Check in the male
Article Abstract:
Prostate cancer is the second most commonly diagnosed cancer in Australian men, affecting about one in two men. The problem for men is that prostate cancer develops slowly that is it may take 15 years or more to reach the stage at which it causes death and treatments are improving but the side effects of surgery and radiation therapy can be severe, resulting in a much lower quality of life.
