Chinese Premier Li addresses Taiwan control

In a speech made Jan 30, 1996, Li Peng vowed that reunification with Taiwan would become a top priority after 1999, when Hong Kong and Macao have finished their reunification. Details are also given about a possible missile attack on Taiwan and Chinese reaction to a US ship in the Taiwan Strait.
