Danger looms

Article Abstract:

Small and medium sized businesses have been experiencing growth, which in turn has increased the Australian economy. But in the post-election era with this optimism around, there is a tendency to focus on the marginal returns, to take risks by carrying creditors and increasing stock holdings. Therefore it is of vital importance that small business owners prepare a strategic marketing plan where they can pick up new customers, expand business and increase the target marketing initiatives.

Many business ventures collapse in the first three years as initial success leads to inappropriate pattern of behavior. A business review group (BRG) made up of friends, supporters and some customers helps to clear goals through a review of the initial business and marketing plans.
