The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) sent Autosplice Inc a proposed fine of $34,000 for failing to submit Form F, which provides information to the EPA about the toxic substances that companies use. Form R is mandated by the Emergency Planning and Community-Right-To-Know Act of 1986.

Giving employees a voice on the job
Article Abstract:
It is illegal for companies to set up committees of employees to decide on changes in benefits, working conditions, pay or the like, but some are working to change this. Two bills in Congress would allow these committees in nonunion companies.
