Determinants of the Level of Knowledge Application: A Knowledge-Based and Information-Processing Perspective
Article Abstract:
Research on 277 high-technology companies shows that knowledge application levels are increased by a long-term orientation that is supported by formal rewards, information technology, and a research and development budget. Knowledge application levels were found to be indirectly increased by research and development co-location.
