The release of the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) guidelines strongly encourages listed companies to make the use of the guidelines in their 2002-03 annual reports. Kay Clapton, the company secretary for Peter Lehmann Wines, gives importance to the ASX guidelines and her company has strong policies on risky areas such as occupational health and safety and environment.
