The housing industry is still not improving, and is expected to continue declining up to most of 2008, as prices are decreasing and only a few houses being sold. Investors expect the Federal Reserve Board to lower the interest rates, that would help improve the stock market. Forecasts on the stock markets and the United States economy are given.
