Article Abstract:

The US stock markets have posted impressive gains at the start of election year 2004 maybe because it is in line with what many administrators have always wanted but analysts are positive that the markets will grow on their own. There are however some short-term concerns that could reflect on the indices but investors with a long-term perspective can make profits as the year progresses.
