Forced Haiti repatriation to continue

Article Abstract:

Pres Clinton reported on Jan 14, 1993, that Haitians entering the US illegally would continue to be forcibly repatriated. The move appeared to be a change in Clinton's earlier position on Haitian boat people. Clinton had called the Bush Administration policy of repatriation 'illegal' and 'immoral'.
