The trends for stock markets in 2005 are forecasted based on GDP, growth rate, employment, interest rates and inflation. However, these forecasts could vary based on certain other risk factors like oil prices, trade deficit, federal deficit etc. The effects such risks are likely to have on forecasts for 2005 are analyzed and the possible outcomes are presented.
